Bunch O’Randomness…

Not really much to say…Just felt like posting pictures of Cam and 2 of the 3 kiddos next door. Seems like the one wanted to avoid my camera like no tomorrow.
New Swingset…

Someone is TOTALLY in love with playing outside now. Mommom & Poppop gave Cameron a new swingset and if this week is any indication of how my summer is going to be…I’m gonna be one tan momma from spending time outside on this with him 
NYC…Part I

Gerry and I went for a 4 year anniversary trip to NYC this weekend. We are exhausted. Lots of walking and lots of good food
We arrived on Friday and stayed at the Hilton Times Square (HIGHLY recommend by the way). We had an awesome view. When you looked out of our room window we had a view of the New Years Ball that drops. It was SO cool. We decided on a whim to try and get tickets to a show. Gerry picked Wicked. We happened to get AWESOME seats. 10 rows from the front and in the center. The show the just wonderful. We had lunch at an amazing place called S’Mac. Perfect place for a pasta and cheese lover like me…what do you think they sold? We only the BEST Mac and Cheese you can find. Seriously, the place was to die for. I didn’t want to leave
On Saturday we decided to do a bunch of sight seeing. We took the subway all the way down to the Statue of Liberty ferry area and than walked all the way up to the famous Katz’s Delicatessen (Remember the scene in When Harry Met Sally???). Gerry was in heaven with their pastrami and corned beef sandwich. I just settled down with some french fries…you know, Im not a big sandwich person I just took one for the team
So many more stories and fun stuff that happened, but I will just post some pictures for now. I will have more pictures later too

Well I can say we are about 98% peepee trained now on the potty. The other part…well thats a work in progress we are trying really hard at. We are SO proud of Cameron and how he’s done so far. Such a big boy. He got a haircut today. I was really trying to let it grow out, but it got to that funky in-between phase and I just started to loose patience and couldn’t stand the moppiness of anymore haha. So he’s all nice and trimed up now +

What a nice treat. We had SUCH a beautiful day outside today. Cameron couldn’t get enough of being outside and swinging and riding his bike, and playing with the ladies next door. The best part about this nice weather???? Picture taking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Potty Update…

I know this why everyone reads this blog…they are just DYING to know about my son’s potty training. Fun stuff to talk about don’t ya think????
Well for those that are curious…we had NO PeePee accidents at daycare….We just have issues trying to figure out #2. We will get there…but I have to say I am SO proud he’s doing as well as he is, especially at daycare. They discovered the best way for him to go….he now likes to make BUBBLES in the potty. So now at home he says “I NEED TO MAKE BUBBLES NOW!” Hey whatever works right?

10 on Tuesday…Potty Edition…

1 – We have started potty training on Saturday morning. We had 4 accidents on Saturday as expected. Sunday we were accident free totally and he even told us when he had to go. Very impressive. Monday was 2 accidents but they didn’t happen till after nap when Mr.Man woke up in a bad mood and didn’t want to listen at all.
2 – Cameron went to the dr’s yesterday and has yet another ear infection. Good news was he stayed dry in his big boy underwear at the dr’s and at Target while getting his medicine. He got an “Electro” action figure (spectacular spiderman villan…ya know, fun stuff lol) as a prize for being such a big boy.
3 – I just called daycare to see how he was doing and he has had 2 accidents today but one was purly an ACCIDENT…he told them he had to go, they ran him over and he just didn’t make it 
Poor guy.
4 – I think we will be having M&M overload by the time this done. I think Cameron will be as big as a house with all the M&M’s he’s getting for going 
Nah not really, he gets 2 for going peepee, but still…at the end of the day, its a good amount haha.
5 – Another little kiddo is potty training at daycare too. So it’s nice knowing Cameron will have a potty buddy at school. Maybe it will be Monkey See Monkey Do.
6 – Is it me or is little underwear the cutest thing on earth? Seriously. Their little butts are just too cute in underwear.
7 – I thought I would need to buy new pants for Cameron since his were getting too tight. Well I’ll be damned if they were really loose on him once he didn’t have a diaper on. It’s like he lost an inch around his waist haha.
8 – Grand Prize for Potty Training…A Spiderman Big Boy Bed. This is thanks to MomMom and PopPop who let Cameron sleep in the coolest bed a kid could want the other weekend Thats all he wants now.
9 – I think Cameron is getting annoyed at me asking if he has to go potty. I walked into the other room yesterday to check to see if he was dry and if he had to go peepee and the kid rolled his eyes at me! I thought the eye rolling didn’t start until like 10 or so…I didn’t know what to say to the eye rolling, totally took me by surprise.
10 – I have to give Cameron props…he did all this potty training this weekend with a nasty cold with 103.8 fevers etc. Even with the sickies, he did great. I am so proud with how far we have gotten.
