Wedding Weekend…

So Saturday is my cousin Nicole’s wedding. I’m a bridesmaid in it and it should be interesting to see my self fit into my now snug bridesmaid dress haha. Yes, don’t worry it fits, but it’s just snug. BUT…the thing I’m looking forward to (other than my cousin getting married of course) is major PHOTO OPS! HELLO!!!!!!! YAY! You will definitely see some wedding photos in the coming week!
On a side note…I came across this photo of Ger and Cam at the park a few weekends ago. So cute…

Sick Days…Birthday Days…

Poor lil‘ Cam the man is sick. Little man has a fever, bad diaper, and just down right miserable. Ger stayed home with him today and if is still the same tomorrow than I will be with him. The day was filled with Naps, Peek-a-boo play, getting a fishy, playing with Elmo…you know, all the fun stuff to do when you are sick
Yesterday we were at my Aunt Deb’s house for my cousin Michael’s 20th birthday. Of course her house is a child’s dream…no restrictions…no childproofing what so ever

We took Cameron to the playground today since it is absoluty BEAUTIFUL out! He went down the slides ALL by him self after we took him down twice with us. Such a big boy!!!

Lately when 6/6:30am we don’t get up automatically like we used to…I have to WAKE him up. Lets HOPE he does this over the weekend…
We had spaghetti the other night for dinner…He is JUST like his mother, LOVES LOVES LOVES to have sprinkle cheese on his pasta. If there isn’t enough on there, we nicely say “Moe?” While spaghetti is almost a guaranteed meal for Cam, it is a messy one.
So we count to 3…

We also have figured out how to stack our blocks. Look photographic evidence! His first complete block building all by him self! I was such a proud mama!

Cam in the tubby at nan’s…he didn’t seem to care for it…the kid has got to learn that he needs to SIT not stand or he will continue to fall all the time

I know I am lagging on this blog this week. It’s been a crazy one with Ger away, people visiting and what not. Anyway…Just wanted to give updates on everything going on…sooooo without further ado….
Cameron has now started “Back Talk”…I told him TIMEOUT the other day, he promptly turned around, gave me a funny face and said NO! NO Mama! I again told him Timeout and he turned around again and told me “Nah Nice”…apparently I’m in for it…
Ger is away till Friday at the latest. So we run around asking for Dada.
Cam had a blast with a very good friend of mine since elementary school last night. He LOVED Dorie…he even tried to learn her name…but we got “DoDo” and “Duhr” out of him instead haha. He loved watching Dorie reading him Elmo books…somehow she was able to read him more pages of his Elmo book than I have tried in the past 6 months haha.
Seems that my niece Madeline is pretty full blown potty trained. It’s interesting seeing a child go from diapers to potty. Madeline LOVES to have company in the potty too…I really think it comes down to more talk, less pee haha. Seriously though…and god forbid we don’t have a “yolly pop” to give her…oh boy watch out!
I finally got my big grip for my camera and 2 spare batteries. I now still have on my wish list, a few new lenses, a speed light, and more memory cards. I’m slowly growing my equipment
