Dear Cameron,
Oh my…when did THIS happen?!?! 4 years old?!?! There is NO way that you can be really 4 already. I still don’t think I’m ready for that. But, if I ask you when your birthday is and how old you are going to be, you proudly puff out your chest and scream APRIL 10th 2006 & 4!!! These past 4 years have flown by so quickly.
You have accomplished SO much in just this year alone.
Your biggest accomplishment?! You are potty trained. Oye, was that an adventure, but YOU DID IT! We couldn’t be more proud of you.
You talk and talk and talk and talk. We sometimes wonder if you ever take a break to breath in between all the talking. I guess that’s payback to mommy and daddy since we both happen to be chatterboxes too. That’s okay though, I could listen to you talk all day long. It’s even funnier when we tell you that you need to stop talking for a few minutes and we watch you squirm in your seat trying to not talk but you can’t last more than 1 minute.
Your so very curious. You want to know the why and how about everything. We can’t answer with an “I don’t know buds…” that just doesn’t suffice for you. Thankfully, your daddy has answers for everything.
You love to tell jokes now. The best one to date: What do cows read on Sundays?? The MOOOOOOOOOOOOS-Paper Cracks you up every time you tell it
You are still obsessed with anything related to music. You LOOOOOOVE Taylor Swift’s music and that would be mommy’s fault You could listen to Love Story (you call that the princess song), Our Song, and Fairytale on repeat all.day.long. You also happen to love ABBA and Juice Newton. You put on your ear phones, turn on the itouch mp3 player and just rock out. I am so thankful that I was able to get all these on video to relive anytime I want
Reading books is something else you could do all the time too. You have PILES of books in your room AND IN BED. I’d say, nightly, you have at least 10 books piled in your bed and we can hear you read them, some nights, till about 9pm or later.
This year was also a big year for you. You became a BIG BROTHER. You are in love with Evan and boy does he love you back. We love to watch you make him smile, sing him songs, help cover him with his blanky. In the mornings, when we do our drop off at daycare, I love watching you go into the nursery and give your baby brother big hugs and kisses and you remind me that you will check up on him through out the day
You have become such a big boy over this past year and we are SO very proud of you buds! We love you so much. We can’t wait for you to have your first big bowling birthday party.
